Please read these terms carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations, as well as our policies regarding payments, cancellations, and more.

Registration and Participation

To participate in our webinar, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. The following terms apply:

• You must provide a valid full name, email address, phone number, and city during registration.
• Registration is complete only after successful payment of the ₹49 non-refunded fee.
• Access details for the webinar will be sent to the registered email address post-payment.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (e.g., internet connection, compatible device) to attend the webinar.

Payment Policy

All payments for the webinar are processed securely through Razorpay. The following policies apply:

• The webinar registration fee is ₹49, which is non-refunded under any circumstances.
• Payments must be completed using the provided payment gateway during registration.
• In case of payment disputes, contact our support team at support@heuristictechnopark.com within 7 days of the transaction.
• We are not responsible for additional charges (e.g., bank fees) incurred during payment.

User Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for all participants, you agree to adhere to the following conduct guidelines:

• Do not share webinar access details with unauthorized individuals.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, including offensive language or actions, during the webinar.
• Do not record or distribute webinar content without explicit permission from Heuristic Technopark.
• Violations may result in removal from the webinar without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content provided during the webinar, including presentations, demos, and materials, is owned by Heuristic Technopark and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify webinar content without written consent.
• Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use during the webinar.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Heuristic Technopark strives to provide a high-quality webinar experience but is not liable for certain issues beyond our control:

• We are not responsible for technical issues (e.g., internet outages) that prevent participation.
• Content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Our liability is limited to the ₹49 registration fee paid by you.

Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the webinar under certain circumstances:

• Changes to the webinar schedule, content, or format may occur, with notice provided via email.
• In the event of cancellation by Heuristic Technopark, a full refund of the ₹49 fee will be issued.
